1.What do you charge for Postage and Packing?
We charge extra rate on all online orders. Please contact us by telephone or email for a quote for overseas delivery.
2.How soon will my order arrive?
We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt and so your sweets reaches you as per the date of delivery. However, we normally dispatch orders from Monday to Saturday, so please contact us for placing your order at the end of a week.
3.Do you accept Business cheques?
Business customers may contact us regarding payment by business cheque.
4.What if an item is out of stock?
On the rare occasion that an item is out of stock(which over 99% of the time they are in stock!), we will email you as soon as possible and give you the option of delivering your order without the item or holding your order until the item is back in stock.
5.What if I am looking for a certain sweet and cannot find it on your website?
Please let us know! We will do our best to find it for you and add it to the shop.
6.What if I would like the Sweets delivered on a specific date?
Just e-mail us or call Customer Service and we will be happy to accommodate your requests.
7.Do you cater events?
Yes! For Delight guests. Call to discuss additional ideas on what to serve at your next event.
8.What is "Expedited Shipping" and why do you recommend it?

9.How can I tell if a product contains nuts?
NUTS: All of our products are prepared in areas where nuts are present too, please be aware of this when ordering. We will also state "contains nuts" in our product description, if we know that a product definitely contains nuts.
